Ande Zellman
Ande Zellman is a strategy and innovation consultant, solving problems on a project basis for businesses and organizations. Prior to this, Ande had a long and distinguished career as a media and publishing executive as an Assistant Managing Editor at Newsweek and in numerous senior positions at the Boston Globe. Under her leadership, the Boston Globe Magazine experienced its greatest period of growth and launched the careers of many nationally known reporters, authors, and visual artists. Ande was a member of the team that pioneered the Globe’s digital expansion (Boston.com) and TV partnerships; she also worked strategically throughout the paper to redesign or create new sections and coverage. Dozens of awards have been won under Ande’s direction, including a Pulitzer Prize and a George Foster Peabody Award. She was the editorial director of the Literary Ventures Fund and served on the  board of the directors of the Women’s Lunch Place shelter for homeless and poor women and 826 Boston, which provides creative writing and self-expression programs for traditionally underserved Boston Public School students.
